Yes, I can furnish either a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or General Liability insurance, tailored for each event.

A contract or addendum is essential to outline the scope of work, expectations, payment terms (net 30 days), cancellation policy, and provisions for unforeseen circumstances.

Rates differ; pre-planning involves an hourly rate based on required support levels, whereas on-site management is charged at a flat rate, including a daily allowance and travel expenses.

 

The client is responsible for round-trip airfare, ground transportation, hotel bookings, and meals not included in the conference. Any unforeseen expenses will be billed post-event.

While I don’t book production companies directly, I recommend reputable firms suited to your event’s needs and oversee their work once contracted.

My focus is on general sessions. I can assist in coordinating AV needs for other event areas without managing them directly.
